To Order: 

You can order your freshly made open sandwiches, buffet food, cakes and doggie treats up to 12 months in advance, and as little as 72 hours before delivery/collection.

All products are  made fresh to order with all natural ingredients.

Deposit:

By paying your deposit it will be deemed that you understand and accept the following terms and conditions.
Each order will require a deposit, depending on the product/cake.

A non-refundable 25% deposit (total of the cake and delivery price, when applicable) is required in order to secure the commission of your product/cake and chosen date with Just B's Catering.

Orders are not fully confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged by me via the issue of an Order Confirmation.

Please note orders placed for cakes with less than 14 days before the collection or delivery date require full payment at the point of order confirmation.

Deposit are non refundable.

Rest of Payment:

Payment can be made by bank transfer to my nominated bank account (details will be provided).
The balance of your product/cake is due 2 days before the day of collection/delivery by cash or  bank transfer. 

Full payment for any wedding order will need to be paid 1 month before the date of completion.
 

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order more than 7 days before the agreed collection or delivery date, please note that a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be retained.

For cancellations made less than 7 days before the collection or delivery, I reserve the right to seek 100% of the order value.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email, and will be effective upon receipt. If you need to postpone your event, I will do my best to accommodate the new date, provided it works for me; otherwise, it will be considered a cancellation as outlined above.

I also reserve the right to cancel the booking in unusual circumstances beyond my control, such as fire or illness, in which case any funds received will be fully refunded
