How to order | Just B's Catering

Everything you need to know on how to order

STEP 1

ENQUIRY
You can either use the contact form in Contact, or you can send me an email or a WhatsApp message. The most important thing is the DATE you require your food/cake so I can check my availability.

Let my know how many people and of any allergies.

If you are looking at the personalized cakes email or WhatsApp me pictures.

STEP 3

DEPOSIT AND APPROVAL

By paying your deposit it will be deemed that you understand and accept the following terms and conditions.

A non-refundable 25% deposit (total of the food/cake and delivery price, when applicable) is required in order to secure the commission of your order and chosen date with Just B's Catering.

Orders are not fully confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged by me via the issue of an Order Confirmation.

Please note orders placed for food/cakes with less than 14 days before the collection or delivery date require full payment at the point of order confirmation.

Deposit are non refundable.

STEP 2

FOLLOW UP
I will get back to you with my availability, and if I can take on the order. I will give you an approximate cost. If you choose to carry on with the enquiry we will come to an agreement on fillings, flavours, sides and everything you need off the menu. An Order Confirmation with breakdown of cost, deposit and delivery charges will be emailed to you.

STEP 4

REMAINING PAYMENT

Payment can be made by bank transfer to my nominated bank account (details will be provided).
The balance of your product/cake is due 2 days before the day of collection/delivery by cash or bank transfer.

Full payment for any wedding order will need to be paid 1 month before the date of completion.
