Free delivery within 5 miles. 

For deliveries outside 5 miles, starting cost £ 5.00 + £ 0.25 per mile.

Alternatively, cakes can be collected free of charge from my home.

You will be required to provide me with the full address when ordering, or for orders placed well in advance, a week before the order is due to be delivered, so I can plan the best route.

There should be parking at the venue/house, if there isn’t sufficient parking and permits are needed, please make sure I have access to this on the day.

If any parking charges/parking tickets are issued this will be the customers responsibility to cover. 

I recommend all orders are delivered at least 2 hours in advance of the event starting time, as there might be unforeseen holdups in the traffic. It is your responsibility to ensure you inform me of the correct event time and location plus the postcode of the venue. In the unlikely event of late delivery, the maximum compensation will be a refund of the delivery charge.

There should be a place for the products/cake to be set up ready for when I arrive. Just B's Catering will not be held liable for any damage caused to the products/cake once it has been set up. A member of staff at the venue will be asked to sign for the delivery of the product/cake once it is in place. A picture will be taken of the set up as proof it was set up to the required specifications

I cannot be held liable for any damages to the order once it has been collected or delivered.

If your order isn't picked up within 1 hour after the agreed collection time, a new collection time will be  arranged at my convenience. The new collection time will be within the next 48 hours.

Any orders not collected after this time will be destroyed without any refunds.
