All breads, rolls, cakes and treats are handmade by Just B's Catering. All fillings are handmade and the ingredients brought in as close as possible to the date of making the products/cake. 

Gluten free and nut free products are available, but I cannot guarantee that all products will be 100% nut free or gluten free as the products/cakes are being prepared in a kitchen where eggs, dairy, wheat and nuts are used.
All allergies are outlined on the box/tray the product/cake is packed in.

Each customer is also given an invoice which list all ingredients found in the product.
When delivering the food a member of staff at the venue will be handed, and sign, for an allergy sheet and a list of ingredients.
